Another study from an observational trial shows that 8 of 10 patients diagnosed with active proliferative lupus nephritis, to whom Rituxan was administered with oral prednisone showed partial remission within an average of 60 days, and 5 patients of the 10 showed complete remission subsequently with the continued administration of the Rituxan.
