How Cold Exposure Can Benefit Rheumatoid Arthritis

Scott's popular retreat

Scott now runs his own retreat teaching peoples these special skills that have helped him cope with rheumatoid arthritis. Based in the picturesque Mourne Mountains of Northern Ireland, he shows his clients how his unique practices can be used to improve their health and happiness too. From breathing, focus, and cold exposure to nature hikes and yoga, Scott helps people from all walks of life cope with their struggles using this special and effective method. Scott says that it's amazing to see others discover the feeling of conquering the cold.

Scott's retreat is wildly popular, and his September retreat for this year easily sold out. The groups are made of 6 people who spend 48 consecutive hours together learning these different techniques from Scott. Set in the misty and serene Mourne mountains, the setting is the perfect place to practice focus and cold exposure without any disturbances. It's utterly peaceful and helps people to find their inner strength to achieve things they never dreamed possible within their own bodies. Luckily for Scott, this included being able to overcome his chronic illness.
