Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups of unsweetened flax milk
  • ½ cup frozen mangoes
  • ½ cup fresh papaya
  • ¼ cups walnuts
  • ½ inch fresh ginger root
  • ½ inch fresh turmeric root
  • ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1tablesppon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 scoop L-glutamine powder
  • ¼ teaspoon probiotic powder

Directions:

  • Put flax milk in a blender and then add the remaining ingredients. Grind up the nuts and chia seeds before putting them in the blender.
