Try to look out for these signs

Some things to look out for include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Red spots, or rashes.
  • Cuts, blisters, or rough spots near the ball of the foot.
  • Unusual swelling, even in the evening when the feet are supposed to be a bit swollen from moving around all day.
  • Cracked, excessively dry, or rough skin.
