Is There a Link Between Ovarian and Testicular Cancer?

Although a family history of testicular cancer is a risk factor for developing testicular cancer and a family history of ovarian cancer is a risk factor for developing ovarian cancer, it remains unknown as to whether a family history of ovarian cancer is associated with an increased risk of developing testicular cancer. Although a few studies seem to show a possible hereditary link between the two types of cancers, further research is necessary before deriving to any official conclusions.
