Throughout his 25 years with the disease, Fox has written three memoirs that help give some insight on his Parkinson's diagnosis and his life. Lucky Man: A Memoir, Always Looking Up: The Adventures of an Incurable Optimist, and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Future: Twists and Turns and Lessons Learned all explain his own experiences: whether it be about his diagnosis or even how he survived Economics in high school before pursuing his acting career. These memoirs not only are powerful, but they would also sometimes include his humorous anecdotes that we all know and love.
