In mild cases of lupus, treatment would often start with anti-inflammatory drugs from a group called NSAIDs, they not only help to relieve pain but also inflammation and avoid the use of steroid hormones. Finally, most of those who have lupus should avoid exposure to the sun and use sunscreens to prevent skin eruptions.
