Yoga may seem like an odd exercise routine for RA patients, but it actually is great for helping those who struggle with balance and limited range of motion. Some yoga positions can look extremely intimidating, but there are plenty of simple yoga exercises that can be done by just about anybody. Yoga exercises typically involve stretching, extensions, and balance. Doing 15-30 minutes of yoga per day will do wonders for any RA patient in the long run.
