Although a person has heard complaints (or observed for themselves) about snoring or waking up all of the sudden in the middle of the night, these specific signs do not necessarily warrant an OSA diagnosis. However, when these indicators are accompanied with the symptoms, along with high blood pressure, depression, and a neck circumference of 16 inches or more, then a consultation with a specialist would be wise.
