The Impact of Muscular Dystrophy on Teenagers

Teens should know that they are not alone

There are times when it is tough, but knowing that one is not alone can be beneficial to these teens. Support groups and looking for ways to know others with the condition can be helpful for some, whereas others just want to live as normal of a life without looking for others with the condition to relate to. No matter what choice is made, knowing that one is not alone in this struggle is critical.
