This is not the first case wherein Lady Gaga was accused of faking things. When she also cancelled her tour in 2013, the icon was criticized and accused of faking due to flop sales of her tickets. However, despite these criticisms, the superstar’s willingness to raise people’s awareness is as strong as her faith of overcoming the disease.
