Why "Shaking Palsy" Is Still a Mystery

Parkinson’s disease presents a variety of obstacles for researchers and specialists, as the disease has yet to have an accompanying cure.  Because of this, more research is needed in order to unravel Parkinson's mystery . The future is hopeful, mostly because of the amount of research that has already been conducted, as well as a number of studies that are in the near future. 

Although there is hope for a better future for patients diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, a growing support system will be vital for the time being. This will require a growing network of patients willing to share their respective stories, in order to educate those around them.  More importantly, this can help to build a community of informed patients and loved ones, increasing the likelihood that Parkinson’s disease receives the attention it deserves.
