Boy with Autism Has Giant Birthday Bash After Nobody RSVPs
His new birthday party was a success!
In her frustration, Lisa took to Facebook to vent some of her anger. Quickly after doing so, she began receiving all kinds of support as well as interest from the local community in throwing a party for Mathias that he would not forget. With only a few days until his birthday, Lisa organized a party at a local venue. Over 200 people attended the party, guests brought a total of 5 different birthday cakes, and many guests ordered birthday snacks like pizza to make sure the party was a special affair. Mathias had requested that instead of gifts guests give donations to the zoo or local animal shelter since he is a big fan of animals. Still, many guests still brought toys and presents to Mathias. After the party was over, he had the chance to donate some of the gifts to Toys for Tots.
