Encourage recreational activities

Another thing that the family members can do to help the patient is to encourage him or her to take up some recreational activities to help with mobility and movement. There are studies that strongly suggest that exercises such as Tai Chi and yoga can vastly help patients in stages 1 and 2 of Parkinson’s disease with mobility. Of course, exercise won’t cure the condition, but it can, at the very least, help control the patient’s body better.
