This isn't a question about sickness, but, can you call 911 for your pet?

You cannot. You have to call a 24/7 veterinary ER facility.
Unfortunately, 911 is typically not equipped to assist with animal emergencies. Contacting your local emergency veterinarian is recommended and will give you the best results.
