Well, I felt this sharp poke on my ankle now it's like multiple scabs on the front of my leg.

Vascular insufficiency is likely, whether venous or arterial, you should do a Doppler
Rule out infection and make an appointment with your doctor.
If this started with a small poke and result in this, please go to nearest ER.
I recommend you make an appointment with a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist) for diagnosis and treatment options.
Immediately seek the attention of a foot and ankle specialist or dermatologist. You may have a serious infection or a problem with your circulation.
Looks like insect bites.
I think you need to see a dermatologist or your family physician for this. This is really not in orthopedic issues. Best of luck to you
