If I swallowed a fish bone would it feel like somethings in my ear and my throat feel scratchy?
Throat irritation or scratchy throat is a possibility, but an evaluation is always the best policy in my experience. I had a patient once that swallowed a fish bone that later lodged in his intestine. It ultimately led to toxicity and brain death. Always be on the safe side.
Eat bulky food. If it persists, GI consult.
It is possible for a a small bone to get stuck at the laryngeal region. Small folds and pockets exist there. Symptoms could include what you describe. Be examined.
