Your ALT level is slightly elevated. It can be caused by various factors: certain medications, including some over-the-counter drugs like acetaminophen Tylenol, moderate alcohol consumption can temporarily raise ALT levels, non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease NAFLD. This condition, often associated with obesity, diabetes, and high cholesterol, viral hepatitis, strenuous exercise or muscle injury. Liver function can change slightly with age. It's important to consult your doctor to determine the cause and appropriate course of action.

This is a liver function test. It is so very slightly elevated that it is very likely nothing at all to worry about. Are you on a cholesterol medication? Do you have fatty liver? Did you drink alcohol in the few days prior to your lab test? These are the most common reasons for this lab to be elevated. But again, your number is so slightly out of "normal" range, that it likely means nothing at all.
