Hi, I’m a 23 year old female. A week before my expected period I started spotting for 3 days just light pink when I would wipe and I am currently a week late on my period with lower backache and fatigue. What could it be now? Or what would be the next step?

Go ahead and take a pregnancy test to confirm. If you’re not pregnant you may have just missed it, which can happen sometimes.
