Ankle hardware pain
I had an ankle ligament repair with the anthrex internal brace six years ago. Last week I heard and felt a pop in the same spot. It hurts to move my ankle out. My walking is not affected. Could it have been damaged?

Probably popped the Arthrex internal tape.If the ankle functions ok the ligaments are probably not damaged and any pain with ankle eversion should be temporary.If pain lingers beyond 4 weeks check with your surgeon

You definitely need to be seen by your ortho for a check and possible MRI
