• Any medical thoughts appreciated

Hey y’all! I have a Dr appointment coming in a week but my anxiety is eating me alive.
26 y/o F. I do have fatty liver disease but they tested me for celiac due to my stomach issues. (Pain, bloating, vomiting and what seems to be new lactose intolerance) I just got results back and it said
(No serological evidence of celiac disease. Total serum IgA
is elevated. Consider mucosal inflammatory conditions or
underlying gammopathy. ) however I was negative for autoimmune hepatitis and negative for Ana BUT I do have very high levels of Alpha-1-Antitrypsin and immunoglobulin a.
Could this all be from fatty liver or possible another disease that’s not autoimmune??

What you present here does not support an autoimmune problem of the liver. Fatty liver is much more common and might fully explain your situation.
