Are regular facials harmful for the skin?
I am 36 years old and I go in for facials every month. Can these regular facials harm my skin in the long run?

No but they don’t help and can cause acne or clog pores and scar.
Of course it depends upon your skin type and the kind of facials you are receiving, but if you have normal skin and non-invasive facials, monthly facials are not a problem.

Facials are only as good as the person who does them. There are so many differs types using different ingredients that a simple answer does not answer the question
