If you take anticholinergic drugs (like antihistamines), what happens if you:


a) take choline supplements

b) ingest high amounts of B vitamins (like niacin/B3)

c) smoke/take nicotine supplements

d) take cholinergic medication (like Bethanecol)

If you take anticholinergic medications while you are on cholinergic medications, they will cancel out. The anticholinergic will work against the cholinergic medication. There are no interactions with the other medications you asked about.
