What disease or illness can a human have in their body which does not affect them but can pass this disease onto someone else?

Good day to you! Thanks for the question.
Firstly, your question is a very complex one, as there are a lot of "diseases" that may be hosted on a human body with NO or "VERY LATENT" symptoms. There are humans who do not react to a "particular disease," specifically infectious diseases that may be very silent in a body, but they may have a very different expression in another body. Therefore, each and every "situation/clinical presence" should be treated as "individual case," in  relation with the body of the person infected with that pathogen. This kind of presentation should be addressed individually. I am sorry, you may be disappointed with my reply, but that is the best on my humble opinion.
My best to you! Take care and stay safe!

There are many. Autosomal recessive genetic diseases are an example.
