I missed my birth control pill and started to spot bleed and blood clotting and some cramping. I missed my pill one week before my period and now that i’m on my period i am barely bleeding. Should I be worried about pregnancy or is my cycle just kind of messed up?

It’s normal to bleed when you miss a pill late in the cycle. If you’re worried about pregnancy, then do a test, but it’s unlikely in this scenario. However, if you miss a pill or 2 early in your pack, it can allow you to ovulate and become pregnant, so back up is advisable if you miss more than one pill.
