Black ulcer like lesions on Penis shaft
Developed over several days, slightly itchy, Was originally raised but forms ulcers quickly. Sensitive to touch but not excruciating. I am scared and my doctor cant see me until the 25th. Please help me figure this out. Thank you.

The patches are usually flat, painless, and don't typically require treatment.
Wait until you see your Dr. to re-evaluate these ulcers.
