There are two small blusters under my tongue, really painful, continues for about 1 week and getting worse.
Hello, Thank you for your question. Blisters under the tongue can result from various causes, including 1. Canker Sores Painful ulcers that can form anywhere in the mouth, including under the tongue. 2. Oral Herpes Caused by the herpes simplex virus, which can lead to blisters or sores in the mouth. 3. Allergic Reactions Reactions to certain foods, medications, or dental products can cause blistering. 4. Burns Hot foods or drinks can cause burns, leading to blister formation. 5. Infections Bacterial or fungal infections can lead to blistering in the oral cavity. 6. Mucoceles Cystic growths that occur when a salivary gland is blocked, resulting in a blisterlike appearance. 7. Vitamin Deficiencies Deficiencies in B vitamins or iron can lead to oral health issues, including blisters. If the blisters are persistent, painful, or accompanied by other symptoms, its advisable to consult a healthcare professional in person for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
