Blood pressure
My blood pressure is 86/40 I take 10 magnify Eliquis a day for A fib I also have diastolic heart failure. I feel dizzy. My legs and ankles are swollen.

I’d worry about your low blood pressure if you’re dizzy. You need to be checked for bleeding and have an ekg to make sure that you’re not in a rapid afib and asymptomatic.
The swelling is also concerning for exacerbation of your heart failure. All needs to be checked.
