Blood pressure?
I purchased a blood pressure machine because the last two times I had my pressure check it was a bit high. When I took my blood pressure it was 101 over 183 should I be concerned

I assume that your second figure is a typo, and that it should be 83 - not 183. The interval between your upper (systolic) and lower (disastolic) is abnormally narrow - I think you should try with a different gauge and see if you get the same result.
101/183 doesn't make sense. Do you mean 183/101? If that's the case, yes, your BP is high and you should definitely address this with your doctor.
