• Blood semen

Last night I ejaculated and there was semen in my blood. I'm 29 years old, is this natural? Thank you. Best treatment for that?

It is a benign condition called hematospermia. Usually due to high abdominal pressure or blood thinners like advil. May take a while to go away. If persistent may need medication like an antibiotic or Proscar. It is scary when it happens but is not alarming medically. Usually, blood in semen is not an indicator of malignancy or infection but it would be best to be seen by a urologist for hematospermia.

I assume you mean blood in your semen? Fortunately, this is nothing to worry about as long as you don’t have pain with ejaculation and no associated blood in your urine. It is a benign process and should resolve on its own without treatment.

It could be due to an infection. You may have an infection along any portion of the genitourinary tract. I recommend getting checked out by your local urologist.

The most common cause of blood in the semen is prostatitis or seminal vesiculitis. It's usually treated with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication. Further examination and laboratory evaluation as necessary.

Most likely normal but you should see your PCP
