Blood vessels?
I have a radiating heat sensations out of my right growing area to the top of my right leg! Warm feeling like peeing on yourself! Started a week ago! And getting more frequent! Sometimes feeling like icy hot in that area! Do I need to see a vascular or nerve doctor?

This is a new constellation of symptoms for me, I doubt it is vascular, I would start with a neurologist.
Probably both. It depends on whether you have underlying medical conditions and what they are. Some are more associated with vascular problems, others can be nerve. Without knowing, it is hard to say. A general rule is if you had lower back problems, probably more nerves. If you have vascular problems, then start there.
