Bloody urine?
I went to pee yesterday and I started to pee blood, a lot of it. It was dark and bright red. I felt no pain with no discomfort. Should I be concerned or go to the ER?

Painless hematuria (blood in the urine) is always something to be concerned about. You should see your physician ASAP. The possibilities include kidney or urinary tract tumors and acute kidney disease. This needs to be investigated immediately!
