I have a strange blue colored patch on my palm. Could it be a burst nerve or blood vessel? Is it dangerous?

It is probably related to small vein bleeding. It is not related to a nerve. It should not be dangerous.

This could be a ruptured vein in your hand, yes, but this is not something to guess about. I suggest that you see your physician as soon as possible, as this may warrant a closer look under a microscope to get a proper diagnosis

Without seeing it, it is hard to tell. Importantly, make sure it is not a melanoma. Definitely have it evaluated even if to reassure you that it is a "nothing!"
