• Burning sensation in feet and hands?

I have a pinched nerve in my neck and it is sending excruciating burning pains to my fingers and feet. I need something to elevate the pain until surgery! Can you help me get rid of the pain so I can get some sleep? Thank You Kindly!

If I can alleviate the pain, you won't need surgery. If I cannot alleviate the pain, you may still need surgery. I truly will not know what we can do for you without a proper examination and imaging. That would also include evaluating your prior imaging from other doctors. Please call our office at 8178109111 to schedule an appointment for care or for a complimentary consultation. Thank you.

The best course of action is to consult with a spine surgeon to find out the cause of the discomfort and to see whether there would be any realistic treatment, if any for the symptoms you were describing. In some cases burning sensation is reversible through surgical intervention and/or appropriate medication but sometimes it is not.

You might want to try cervical traction and there is a medication for nerve pain called gabapentin that your dr can prescribe for you. Most importantly your pain may have nothing to do with your neck. It can be a prediabetic neuropathy, your dr can also help to make that determination.
