He was a toe walker - had braces seems to be fine - actually cleared ortho today - neurologist says it’s almost positive to be some form of MD - everything I read including the ck report says only issue is BB which is brain related - searching for 36 hrs straight I can’t find an answer to how elevated Bb = MD - please shed some light for me.

The results you show without the lab parameters of normal and abnormal levels are not impressive for the common muscular dystrophies. In such the CK is usually in the thousands. If your Neurologist is suspecting a less common form of muscular dystrophy then perhaps you might consider genetic testing. This is now widely available with a high specificity.
