I’m a runner proudly 50-60 miles a week I drink 2-3 liters of water daily with electrolyte supplements and I always notice a twitch in my calfs some little and some are a big twitch is this kinda normal?
Yes. Hard to know for sure, but probably potassium or calcium deficiency.
Try to increase your electrolyte supplements.
