Hello, I am experiencing a prolonged period for weeks now. Most of the time it has been spotting on and off. I had gotten really over weight and I have lost over 18 pounds now from excercising everyday, which I wasn't doing before. I have been thinking that maybe a lack of Vitamin D might be the problem, as I have been at home most of the time this year. I would like any tips. I can't take birth control.
