I had a c-section 5 days ago. I have back pain. Can a c-section cause back pain?

With abdominal surgery or C/Section you put more stress on your back to protect your tummy. This normal.
Having a cesarean section can cause back pain because you are using those muscles more to support your core as your abdominal muscles heal. Try to use proper posture when sitting and walking to diminish the impact on your back.
