I am a 31 year old female and I have a damaged tooth from an accident. Can a damaged tooth affect your speech?

It can, we all have a 'normal ' speech pattern, but if airflow changes due to tooth changes, it may take you awhile to readjust that speech pattern. But it can accommodate over time and you may get back to normal....or, just get the tooth fixed :)

It could possibly depending on which tooth and what damage was done; however, there are typically compensation strategies a speech therapist can give you to correct your speech with or without damage to a tooth.
