Can abortions affect pregnancy?
I am a 27 year old female. I want to know if abortions can affect pregnancy?

If abortions are performed for non-medical conditions, then they do not directly have any effect on a subsequent pregnancy. If abortions are performed because of congenital anomalies and abnormalities on the fetus, then we have to look into the recurrence of the problem/condition in a subsequent pregnancy. Recurrent abortions, 3 or more, can lead to scarring within the uterus, which can affect the ability to get pregnant.
