Can alternative therapy help in treating early stage kidney disease?
My father has been diagnosed with early stage kidney disease. Can we try alternative therapy and natural remedies to reverse this condition for him?

No. Please listen to his physician. Treat co morbid conditions, watch diet. Also, regular exercise will help. Avoid NSAIDS/over-the-counter meds, etc. Need good blood sugar/bp control.
Drinking plenty of water is the first thing every cod patient learns to do. Controlling contributing causes of cod would be next on the list to do. Never add any meds, or supplements without consulting his kidney doctor first. Natural can also be dangerous but your doctor can guide you to avoid many things working to stabilize the cod if possible.
