I am a 38 year old female. I want to know if anesthesia can cause dizziness days later?

Not likely in general. More questions than answer at this point: What kind of anesthesia (intravenous sedation, general anesthesia, spinal, etc.)? For what type of surgery? How long was the surgery? How old is the patient?

Yes. Most patients also either have received perioperative narcotic or are taking narcotic pills post-op, which can certainly cause dizziness.
