No, Chiropractic Care only cannot “fix” bad posture. Rather, a Doctor of Chiropractic along with a cooperative patient can many times fix bad posture. This includes proper exercise and stretches by the patient on a consistent, but structured basis. Further, Chiropractic treatment can restore normal joint mobility, thereby allowing for improved Posture.
