High fever is typically of viral infection and therefore not caused by implants as sources of fever. . Implants would only be the potential bacteria source with large bone grafts and a severe case of bacteria in the bloodstream.,That doesn’t happen often enough but it may.

When bacterials invade the bone - yes! Go back to your dentist and check, if you need an antibiotic.

Fever, Redness, swelling are normal after getting dental implants, but they should go down after the first few days. Increased swelling and redness, especially when accompanied, by fever, is a symptom of infection. Consult your dentist to get it checked.

That is not a normal side effect. Call the implant surgeon, then your primary care physician

Only if it’s infected.

A fever after a dental surgery is abnormal. If could indicate you have an infection or a disease before the surgery took place and is now manifesting.
