No , not really. Eliminate the factors causing the recession to prevent it from getting worse. You will need gingival grafting to correct the issue.
Gum recession can not be cured once the integrity of the gum and bone is lost. With diligent periodontal care by a dental professional the disease process can be stopped and further damage arrested.
