Pregnancy can happen after having sex for the 1st time. However 1st time sex does not guarantee pregnancy 50% of pregnancy happens within 6 months of trying for pregnancy. 75% get pregnant when trying 9 months. 90% by 1 year. You may need a workout if it takes longer
