Can holding urine cause testicle pain?

I am a 16 year old male. I want to know if holding urine can cause testicle pain?

Yes. Holding urine causes epididymitise (inflammation of epididymis, the duct behind the testis).

Referred discomfort to the testicle is possible. There are other reasons for this as well. If this is persistent, I would recommend an evaluation.
