Myopia progression can sometimes be slowed with myopia control techniques. These techniques only apply to children however.

Myopia can't be fixed or cured without a surgical procedure, however glasses and contact lenses are available to temporarily "fix" myopia when worn or inserted in eyes.

Optometrists sometimes use orthkeratology which is where you sleeping in contact lenses and wear them for extended periods of time. There no total fixing of myopia without surgery.   Sent from the all new AOL app for iOS

there is something called ORTHO K, which involves using a series of contact lenses to flatten the cornea and decrease nearsightedness
