I have headaches for the last 3 months. I am taking pain medications. I want to treat it. Can neurologist treat headaches?

Definitive, but also your primary can check first and do some tests like X-ray, CT scan, and blood work to confirm there are not major issues and then refer you to a specialty if needed.
