I am a 32 year old female. I want to know if too much sugar can make your teeth hurt?

Yes, it can. If you have cavities or periodontal disease, sugar can cause sensitivities. See your dental provider.

Yes. The sugar digestion produces acid which makes the teeth sensitive. If there are cavities present, then even more so.

Yes, and especially if you do not maintain good hygiene like regular brushing and flossing and periodic visits to the dentist.
Thanks.

Sugar is one of the curses of mankind. It can lead to tooth damage, which can cause pain. It is bad for your general health. Try to eliminate sugar from your diet as much as possible. You can substitute xylitol for sugar in your coffee or tea. You can cook and bake with it. Here is a good video about sugar:

It can if it causes a cavity.
